Okay so all those 3-star generals must first be in the list of top 50 players? its not - they are the next ones in line to get promoted. Thats difficult because alot of those top 50 players are still active, plus those Colonels that never got the promotional requirments. 3-stars may have to double there overall SPM just to surpass those on the top spots.

thats wrong there is some person that is 3 star that is 37 or something and there is a 4 star that is 76
