Wow. In order to drop one at a time, there's two methods I know of. The one that I've done is to take off, drop both bombs, go back and only allow one bomb to replenish at the airfield or Essex, drop it, then go back and replenish both. From this point on you will drop one at a time until you only have one left and replenish.

The other method I have not tried is take off, drop bombs, but switch back to ATA mode before the second drops. It should then put you in one-at-a-time mode.

just standard speed. nothing special like after burners. the most important thing is to stay level. if you drop them at 200m while at a 5* angle they will miss by about 20m so thats the hard part.
