BF2142 More Stable?

So would BF2142 run more smoothly than BF2? Like how BF:Vietnam ran better on low end computers than BF1942. Well, at least on my friends computer and mine.

heh i couldnt even play the beta because it would crash everytime i joined...tried everything and bam crash crash crahs x 11ventybillion. I don't think I'm going to buy it.

it ran lower fps on my system than bf2 did, but it looked way better
