Where Are My Stats?!

Well, I was playing Kubra today, got pwnd... than kicked for high ping.
Found a server which runs Dalian, joined, pressed TAB... and i'm a private. No unlocks, nothing.
Well, i thought it's a bug, until...
I got a BASIC AVIATIOR BADGE and a BASIC MEDIC COMBAT BADGE!! Which I already have! :cry: :cry: :cry:

Doesn't it mean that my stats got really reset? Cuz i already had those badges.


And for the inevitable question:
No, I didn't statpad (I don't even have a clan), I don't think I played at highpoint servers (and if I did, it was unintentionally), of course wasn't cheating, macros, anything... :cry:


PLEASE tell me it's a bug or EA are updating the stats for everyone :|:

That is just a common bug. Sometimes you have to restart bf2 to get rid of it.

Yeah, but it takes some time till it's updated. Right? I mean you can't really trust it, sometimes it takes hours till it's updated.

Wait, i'll try to connect other servers. I'm probably a little hysteric :p

Seriously, you have nothing to worry about. It just gives you the badges because it see's that you are a private. Again, don't worry.

ive had this loads of times, takes several recconnects to the server to get your rank back.

1st time, private with no unlocks
2nd time private with unlocks
usually 3rd time back to normal

You know, it might sound freaky... But i'm kinda disappointed
I've already faced that my stats are gone, and hey! There is a good side for this: I can have some balanced stats, and get the unlocks I really know i'll use instead of like 5 I don't use at all.

The bug you experieinced is right up with this bug ; entering a server with no unlocks....

i hate the private bug. i don't mind it though as long as i have my unlocks

The only unlock i use is the G36E, but i'm just as happy with the M16A2 or Ak-101. Non unlocks are just...simply...better.

To OP, its a common bug, dont worry.
