Gamepads for Battlefield 2 ?

Do you think the Gamepads was a good idea in battlefield 2 for the jets ?? Do you think is more control. If you have no 3 axis is really bad with a joystick. Do you recommand me to buy a Gamepad.

The Gamepad are automaticly take charge in BF2 ?

Unless you pwn playing the Playstation or Xbox, it depends on your skill with a gamepad. Most people dont use them, and I think its hard using it on FPS, but really its up to you. The reccommended controler is a joystick, used to fly jets.
