As it says on the tin. I reformatted, reinstalled the whole thing and still the same.
No pattern to it happening i could be playing for half hour or an hour or more.
Tried about 7 or 8 different drivers before and after reformat.
Thought it could be heat related so put a new VGA cooler on the gfx card which lowered it from 65 under load to 48 under load and still the same.
Processor runs fine no hotter than 40 degrees and has been for ages, but to be sure i reseated the heatsink with new thermal grease....still fine.
I even took the opportunity to upgrade my PSU to a 580w one (welcome upgrade anyway)
I never had any problems before 1.4 and any help would be welcome guys.
Nvidia drivers 91.47 currently.

Fresh install of XP Pro.
B.T.W. i even tried underclocking everything by a good 10% below stock and its the same so i reckon its software related.
