when youre a commander and for example, you wnat something repaired, you check the squads, well i usually find there isnt a eginner in a squad, all lone wolf n00bs ¬_¬
so.. in future please SQUAD up! and have like 1 kit per squad , not like 4 snipers, and 2 medics coz if you do, you suck.. then there is a variety and it will be strongest sqaud as u can ALL work togetehr and go togthere, if ure medic dies, pic up his kit and revive him... its all easily workable.. and it makes the game more fun and easy

i was an engi in a plane once...
commander ask me to repair uav i'm like wtf i'm flying,he like please,please....!!!!!!!!
so i land the plane near UAV and repair it lol
then he was spamming (you are the best squad )

As an SL most of the time, I don't think it's logical to keep a full time engineer in the squad, on the off chance the commander request repairs on assets.

There are some maps where it's beneficial to have a full time engy, others that are not.

I also like my guys to switch to what is needed as the circumstances dictate. That's what I tell them. " Spawn with what you think you or the squad needs, unless I specifically ask for something".

During an onslaught the person who spawns engineer most of the time might grab AT for that series of respawns. That sort of thing. I certainly don't want to be taking a pounding at the hands of armour, but still have an engineer in the squad.

If a commander asks for repairs , I'll tell the squad "next person who goes down, come back engineer and do these repairs" (if no one is engineer at that time). It takes a tad longer then having an engineer ready to go, but asset repair doesn't happen often enough to warrant taking flexibility away from my squad.

I've never refused orders to repair anything, it might just take a bit longer (till some one dies, which as we all know happens quite often). Plus the respawning player can pick a control point closer to the assets rather then just dispatch him from our present location.

Repair assets if asked to by commander? Sure, when feasable.

Demand my entire squad contain a collection of all the kits? Poppycock.

With such rigid strategic concepts I can see why you might not be getting the response you desire from your squads.

Having absolute rules like "Always spawn on your squad leader", and " have all the kits in your squad." are too rigid and lack the wiggle room needed to adapt to the field of battle.
