need 1.3 patch, cant find

i need the 1.3 patch, but the EA site doesent have it, and all the other sites say thta i need to join them to get it. can someone send me a link to a site where i can get it without having to sighn up to something?

The site is in Europe, but the patches are complete and the MD5 Checksums are accurate.
