L961A Sniper Rifle and Voice Buddy

I have looked all over the net including most of the Battlefield 2 sites for information concerning the spell that L961A sniper rifle and can find no details regarding the rifle. That is, what does it look like, what are its statistics in terms of accuracy, range etc.; whether or not one has to have a particular add-on package to get it and other details regarding the rifle. Does anyone know where more or less complete information on the rifle as implemented in battlefield 2 can be found? If so, please advise.

Also, as an aside, has anyone tried to implement or had any success implementing the Voice Buddy voice control software in this BF2 if so please advise and send the link to available profiles.
