Well got my new computer and installed bf2 to original patch,man it just made me realize how great it was when itcame out,sure it has flaws but nothing liek 1.3 did,i mean its just such a better game on original,well just my rant on how the original was good:) .

Only thing i didnt like about the origanl patch was the flags did not have names everything else was about perfect.

dont really remember what it was like pre patches... what was the main difference that every one goes on about?how was it better for you?...

I loved being able to throw C4....it was a BLAST....lmao.
Now you have to place it and it takes longer to place.
In the orginall you could throw it at vehicles, throw it over walls, throw around corners, throw it up in the air (nice aireal blast)....he he he....those were the days!

I miss the old Linebacker cannon sounds. Made it sound alot more dangerous back then.

i dont really remember much about the prepatch, but i did like the fact that there was no prone delay, not that it makes much of a difference!

I miss the C4 throwing, now it seems next to impossible to throw C4 on a slow moving tank or APC.

I went back to the original version when 1.3 was driving me nuts, still a few servers playing it and to be honest its a totally different game.

A sandbox is a playground where its so open that you can do practically anything, similar to GTA, but with more patches comming out they've just restricted more and more things until the actual decision paths while playing are reduced, i wish they could have 2 versions
