How can i make an in-game admin for a dedicated server?

Are you talking about using BF2CC for a ranked server? Or are you talking about running a server on a spare computer in your own house?

I only know how to do the BF2CC scenario, so here's how:

1) Join the server with the BF2 account that you want to be an in-game admin.
2) Open BF2CC, right-click on the player name and click "Register Hash for In-Game Admin".
3) At this point, I believe a list comes up with all the accounts on BF2CC, select the account for the person that corresponds to their BF2 nick.
4) Do the save changes to profile, apply profile to server thing.

At this point you should be good to go, but I can't remember if the person using in-game admin needs to sign on to BF2CC or not to use their in-game admin, perhaps someone else can answer that question.
