No, they aren't. P90 is tier 2, you need Special Forces to unlock it.

Go for the DAO first, it's better. The p90 barely outperforms the mp5.. if at all.

yes, one full round on an SF server, till the round u get to the end screen, sometimes, wait for the new round to start and then disconnect.. this is for tier 2 weapons.. tier 1's can be unlocked without SF.
