Thanks for the kudos, but it's actually a 62 player server :) We also run a 32 player max Frontline / Nuke server on occasion, but not every night, so if you have trouble getting onto the main server, you might want to try seeding the Frontline server.

Please read our PoE2 Server Information before you join, so you know the basic run-down.

You can also go by the Game Monitor Search.

If you are looking specifically for UK servers, you won't find many. There are a couple of popular German and Norwegian servers in that Game Monitor link I gave you. Did you click it? Each server is listed with a flag detailing its country of origin and they are ordered by population. I also provided a link to the server information for Tactical Gamer in the US.

Doesn't get much more comprehensive than that.
