    Settings trouble

I have a little bit of a problem with my video settings setup
I need some help from the guys that are pretty good at knowing what my setup should be with my current hardware

on some maps like karkand, my settings can be much much higher, im guessing because of the forced view distance thats on the map, but when it comes to a very wide open map, usually on the chinese maps, my fps goes to complete hell, well not complete hell, but it does drop around the 20 fps and below 50, but in a gunfight it troubles me more than some

i cant tell you my current setup at the moment because, im pretty much always changing it to get the best out of the game (performance vs quality)
and with the hardware i have i figured i could get a little more out of the game, take a look below to see my specs.

what settings should i play at?

oh and yes my direct x of course is updated
along with the most current drivers for my sound card, and graphics card

scratch that its a 7800 GS, typo sorry

my computer is struggling on the, say.. 62 player servers, 32...

i just thought with the new card i should be playing on pretty much all high, without the AF and AA on

          i run resolution 1024 by 768

i tried all settings high, still chopy, and fps doesn't like to go over 50 for me, and it hurts me when im in a gunfight on the ground, and thats usually the most important is trying to get that flag

my ping, since i run on DSL, is usually around 60 through 100, no higher no lower.

and no the T1 setting is not checked
