john edmo, i have no idea what u just said, but okay. o.K. for u man, ill go join the airforce and get enough money to buy a new comp, then quit. ill sneak across the border real quick and set up my CIA headquarters there. i will have the money for that from being good in the airforce. then, on my spare time, ill play BF2. ill miss my mom and dad tho, and all my friends. but you know what. its worth it.

if you look hard enough you can find a place that hires 14 year olds. like here, you can be a sacker at randals (the grocery store) at 14 or you can work at chick a filet. i would recommend you look into another gig of RAM and maybe a 6800Gt graphics card. together they shouldnt run you too much over $200 if even that.

working your a$$ off doing chores and possibly even getting a real job it shouldnt take you too long. if you are absolutely desperate for cash, PM me and ill give ya a few suggestions.

well again, i dont think ur allowed to work at age 14 here in this state. i mean the lowest job i could find was 15 1/2 to work there. that was at zhenders, the little tiny flash yogurt shop. they make minimum wage here. if i could get job as a sacker, i would do it. but i think you have to be 16 or something.
and when ur talking about upgrading my RAM, i want to get 2 gigs, i have 512 right now. how much would it cost and what do i have to do to get a 1 gig, 512 MB more?

I can run all on high for under a grand, its actually pretty easy.
To many people build with the newest stuff, while all you do is have to have the bare minimum and upgrade occasionally.

It's not that expensive, and i see upgrading computer hardware as an investment, not just for BF2 but for other demanding games like F.E.A.R

All he was trying to say is that he worked for the things he wanted, and didn't whine about the things he couldn't have. When you grow up, maybe you'll understand this.

You can't afford a new computer, to play a game; I can't afford to buy things I would like to have either. You know what I do? I save up the money, so that I can buy those things. "But I don't have a job, how can I save up money I don't get?" Save the money you receive as gifts instead of buying Pokemon cards, or whatever the hell you kids buy these days, and take odd jobs like mowing lawns for people, babysitting, etc.

This kid is blatently lazy. Get a paperround, help out in stores stacking shelves. Companies and work places prefer younger people to do the work because they dont have to pay them as much as an adult so quit your whinning and get a job!

Yeah, it's silly what you need to run this game, even on LOW!

It is not - even CLOSE to the most visually appealing game - there are so many games out there with better graphics, although for a FPS, its decent. Call of Duty 2's graphics outway it by ALOT...but the multiplayer sure doesn't.

Anyone here play Company of Heroes?
