Counter strike people, I need quick help

I was recently playing the office level, and all of a sudden, everyone turned invinsible, all I could see was their guns. Before that happened, I got a quick connection lost, then, I only see guns, other players were actually laughing at me because I sucked at aiming, but how can you shoot what you can't see .

Does this happen, is it part of the game's feature or was it a error/bug/mystry thing that happened to me

It could be an admin plugin (doubt it) or a bug its not a feature and supermario go and never come back
