Are the war college req. wrong?

i have seen a couple of people that have the ribbon that dont have the 25k command points so are the command points not needed to get the ribbon

don't know if you've been playing the game long. But a few months ago they dropped the requirement from a winn:loss of 3:1 to the current 25k, 200wins 100 hours. So they probably got it awhile ago.

There were only a few that got it with the 3:1 ratio before it got patched.

The new requirements was simply to drop the 3:1 ratio and encourage the casual gamer to get the WCR.
