How do I use or get my unlocks to work?

Legal way though

I have plenty of chosen unlocks.. lotsa points and midrange rank as Master Seargent.

My unlocks never show up as a weapons choice even when server lists as Global unlocks 1.

So, Question is-

What is the procedure to use unlocks???

( if I wasn't so busy shooting, I would have payed more attention to how the game works.)
I spent a lot of time searching the forums to no avail...

Are you sure your on ranked server? You get to choose when you are at the spawn screen when you are picking your kit.

Thanks.. I only play ranked and the unlocks are not in kits to pick!

Is this really common? I mean everytime. Because something is wrong then.
I have seen this kind of stuff every now and then when there is a glitch in the server talking to the ranking system. But if this is everytime, with different servers, then there is something strange going on.

OMG-- I am sooo embarassed..

I just tried clicking on every little thing on the kit screen and found out I CAN CHANGE my weapon just by clicking those tiny arrows..and to think I have been playing for a year..

Way to simple.. there should be a photo manual for us poor of sight folks..

One of you experts out there? Is there a up to date users manual to download??

One that is complete and detailed???

you ever lag? cause i know when i do i usally dont get my unlocks and im a private and that is when i have bad lag. otherwise im not sure.
