hold down the down arrow key first, and then hold W and afterburners (default shift) thats probally the fastest way to take off. If theres a runway in front of you, use it.
I take off regularly, but when Im bored:
Frontflip off the carrier, back up with the nose to the sky skid off the carrier and take off from there, or do a barrel roll off the carrier, or back up turn the plane onto one wing and spin it like crazy then take off into the sky.
If an enemy plane is pinning you down, but doesnt know how to use cannons and spams missles at you while you are on the ground, I put the plane into a hover low over the carrier, pull back and to the side so one wing is near the carrier and one is way up, and spin like a mofo while flaring down to the carrier. Scares the **** out of most people.
If someone is runway blocking you, press S, and pull back, and as you are falling into the water take off.
If you want to take straight off, hop in the jet, let it warm up for like 3 seconds, start holding W, and when it's just about to start moving, pull up so the nose is in the air. Then take off, but only burst your afterburner.
If a J-10 is coming... jump out and haul your a** away from that jet!
I always yank it back on it's tail and use the afterburners and launch it. Sometimes I turn it sideways and do the same, but this usually gets me off the deck quickest .
If a J10's coming at me (and I know I'm going to die) I usually hop out and run, or bail into the water and try again with another jet or find another way to shore. :)
Most of the time, though, the only time I'm in a F35 is at the beginning of a round on Wake where I use it to scoot over to the Airfield, hop out, and cap the flag as SL.

When it's clear of noobs standind in your way, Down+W+Shift=fastest way.
But in case there are a lot of ppl standing under your wings, if you will just press w you will most probably TK them, and get punished (obviously).
In such cases I just hold down the S key, hovering a little and just W+Shift with a little angle.
