Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
I was playing Wake Islnad this morning before work. I was killed and revived by a medic, when I was revived, I revived with a differant weapon than when I died with.
How does that happen? and how do I get my gun back?
1st question....were you playing a medic at the time you went down?
Someone could have grabbed your medic kit while you were down, and then revived you. In this case you would be revived having whatever kit the person that saved your life was carrying before he grabbed your med kit!
Other possiblity if you were on a pile of bodies with many kits you might have been revived with a glitch and now you have another kit from the pile instead of the one you went down using!
Check the ground when your revived and see if another kit bag is on the ground near you.....you can exchange with that bag if you like that one better than what you revived with.
I'll add on to what signa said by saying that to change kits with one that is lying on the ground you press the 'G' key. What signa said is spot-on though and that's definitely what happened to you in this case.
The worst is when someone is dead on the ground, and you pick up their pack, thinking they might be a medic, and then find they are something totally different, only to have a medic run in and revive the guy before you get your original kit back. Now, you both have something you don't want.
It is always a funny scene though, when I kill the guy that killed my medic; I pick up his pack, revive him, go over to the guy that I killed, take his weapon, the former medic comes over to pick up his kit, then I get my original kit back. This whole exchange sometimes would have been better if the other guy has just respawned and ran back over to where we were at
