Expert Pistol Badge

A while ago i fianally got over 500 kills with a pistol but recived no badge. its been around a week and no badge yet. Now i have around 525 pistols kills but still no badge. How do i get this badge??? What did i do wrong???

isn't it still 18 in a round after you get your 500 pistol kills?

I know they changed the knife one though... only 100 kills ... no IN ROUND stuff.

but I think with the pistol badge you still need 18 in a round.

18 kills in one round is still required.

Yup the 18 Kills is still needed in a round, and the server needs to report it to EA so if you are playing on a slow server you might not get it! I had well over 100 kills for the pistol and I had all the the kills in one round but still no badge awarded.

The next night when I logged onto a different server the first kill with a pistol game me my Verteran Pistol Badge. Dont know why it worked that way, just might be a quirk with the EA database? At least it did not make me earn the kills in one round all over again!!!

You also need to have Basic and then Veteran before you can get Expert even if you have the global kill requirements already.

something like this happened to me, except i hadnt actually got enough kills in one round to get the badge, i had come close in a round a good while ago then i got a pistol kill and the badge pops up lol! couldnt really complain....

The 18 IAR is not at hard at all; I got mine on my original account with ease several months back.

Just go med, find a hot spawn point to camp, let off a 3-round with the g36E and switch to the pistol to finish them off quickly.

The pistol is actually very nice...little deviation in where the rounds go when you're zoomed down the sights, you can fire off the whole magazine in nearly the same spot as fast as you can fire. I got mine going 22-15 in a normal server.

Fixed that for you. It's not impossible, you just need to work at it. 18 pistols kills in a round...not that hard.

Just go to a less populated server where the rounds last longer. This is the way to get a number of the awards knocked out. Sometimes it IS difficult to meet certain requirements on a full 64 man server.

Example: The requirement to be a squad leader for 25 minutes for the Infantry officer ribbon (I think that's the one) - I've never had a round on a full 64-man server last that long.
