Please Help

I'm new here, didn't know if this was the place to post, but anyway:

Basically, I bought BF2 a while back now, and it ran fine on my old computer. Since I got a new one, and I decided to re-install it a moment ago. The game installs fine, with sufficient space and specs to run it. However, after I restart my computer and double click the BF2 icon, the BF2 logo appears, the screen blacks out, and then comes back to my desktop with nothing else happening.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

what are you computers specs,

you would need the 1.4 patch aswell

i could get you the basic specs of my computer, but i don't know how to get eveything...could you tell me how, i'm a big noob you see :)

ok to get your specs

Go to start, run,

type in the box " dxdiag

THat will give you your comp specs

We need : Operating system : processor : memory and direct x

Then go to display (one of the tabs) and tell us your graphics card

Then go to sound (on of the tabs) and tell us your sound card

Hope thats all the stuff you need. I don't think the specs are the problem though. I mean, it installed correctly, just wont open up once installed. But thanks for helping, I'm sure you know more than I do

To be honest with you, your processor is minimum for bf2 and the graphics card is the problem. I believe

You will have to upgrade your computer

Sorry to say that but both intel graphics and the processor sucks the processor does not even reach the minimum requirement. Just for curiosity u r using a laptop arent u :?
