i was actually thinking that the lack of binoculars is really crap earlier today.

back in my delta force days, i used to whip it out, look around for bad guys, spot them, drop down and smoke them, M-249 style!

if u guys were at E3, their promo video shows a SPEC OPS dude having a bino, he uses it for target spotting and bomb drop points for bomber/ fighters... thats the reason i got the game... BUT NO! they take it out due to time issues...

Interesting, Im sure the manual for BF2 says you get binoculars but never have seen them.
