Of about 800+ hours put into Bf2 and such I personnaly have only encountered 1 maybe 2 women over VOIP.

We have a female player, her BF2 name is Kimmiej. Ze is our medic all the time and she is doing a GREAT job! She is playing a lot, so come to our server sometimes and maybe you will be killed or revived by her hand......

Never run into girls myself actually, don't know any girl in real life that play BF2. I am a recruit at Crow and there are like 3 girls (including me I believe), but don't see them much.
