Thanks rocket...I have a 40.03% accuracy as sniper. I consider myself pretty decent. I take alot of shots though. My sniper philosophy is alot different than most people's. I've been using L96A1 alot for the past few months. Then sniper kit dropped off after I got expert badge

Sorry, guess I was not elequent enough. +40% means you still hit 2 out of 5 shots. This is not a bad thing...but it would be optimal if every sniper hit 4 out of 5 shots.

I really want my sniper accuracy to be 80%. Does not mean that I kill what I hit, but it does mean that I have just slowed someone way down and I am likely to get an assist if they slide down some stairs too fast.

A good sniper takes their time, but we all want to make quick kills. I would love to be so fast with the trigger I could just get a chest shot, chest shot, chest shot, chest shot, miss, reload. Each of those becoming an kill assist.

Sadly, it does not work like that. I try to make every shot count because it takes so long to load, you don't get second chance a lot of the time and you have to pick a new target because of obstructions.

When I first created Sniping_Squirel it was with the goal to get above 80%. I chose my shots very carefully. What I noticed is that even though you choose your shots at non moving stable targets the best I have been at over a long period of time was 68%. I have yet to see anyong that has played for any length of time be above that.

51% and thats because I never use the M95.

if you used it more, your accuracy would be less..

mine's hovering around 51% also... my overall accuracy is pretty high though.

When I first started the game I just shot randomly with whatever kit but now that I "know" what to do, my accuracy has increased a lot. The sniper kit is what I started with so I think once I start using that kit more often my stats will improve .

That does not often work when there are a lot of obsticles that people move behind, switching guns do not always work when we are talking 200+ yard shots.
