can someone recommend a good video card?

As you can see by my various posts throughout the day today I am frustrated as a motherf'er. I want to upgrade, i have been readon for the past few hours about cards, and man, it is utter confusion. here is my local shop's list of cards, would someone mind offering me their opinion?

depends on what card your looking for? AGP or PCI-e

best AGP card around would be the 6800GS

PCI-e
nVidia users will proberly say the 7800 / 7900 series cards,

me personally i like the x1600xt unfortunatly it doesnt seem to be listed on that website of yours, newegg might be a bit cheaper for you.

If your lookign for the ebst price/performance value, and have a PCI-e port, the evga 7600gt KO is probably the best buy around. If your port is AGP, then the 6800GS is nice, or top of the line is the 7800gs. The 7600gt can be picked up for around 160$ US, and will get you high settings is virtually all games at 1024x768.
