I just don't get it why am I lagging?

Hi all,
I just dont get why my audio and video is lagging. I have 1.5 gigs of ram, 2.4 Intel Celeron, ATI 9600 256mb (agp) and upgraded patch.....should I not be able to play at least on low settings without lagging? If someone has a similar setup please advise. Thanks.

im thinking it may be the card....
im thinking of upgrading...should I wait for dx10 cards to be released?

Tune thy internet connection. I use MTUSpeed. There are other programs that do the same.

i cant find that program anywhere...

and im thinkging it may be a harware problem...lol

im ready to toss this game and i havent even played it (asides from x360)

i think that it is related to the 1.4 patch...i get all kinds of lag and would love to know how to solve the problem????

also try using the omega drivers for you video card...i have a 9800 Pro and it seemed to work much better w/ the new drivers...
