While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
I was going to make a thread on the same subject. They should have added the little slider things in options for the armor, jets and helicopters hud to change color and transparency and all that like they did with the normal crosshair. I know its "unrealistic" to change a jets hud but the way it is now makes the huds for jets and choppers completely useless in certain situations.
Would punkbuster allow custom huds and crosshairs? I would think they would'nt because cheaters could make the tank hud all transparent and gain a huge advantage. Unless that black border isnt part of the hud. It would atleast be nice to be able to change the Jet and chopper huds. Anyone know?

I think it's a shame that Dice didn't made this game into what it could've been. In other games people can adjust crosshair size, crosshair itself, colors (Huds) and way more things than we can.

I dont see why people whine about the j10, think about it this way, the Chinese weapons all Svck, their APC has the worst rate of fire, their tank isnt all that great (its machine gun has the greatest bullet drop). Chinese chopper is SAD.
What do they make up for? THE PLANE!!!

Nah Chinese weapons are fine.. They're all 'Made in China' so they got to be cheap. No seriously the weapons/vehicles aren't that bad in my opinion the chopper is really great
(this post here is not trying to show that china svcks in BF2, jus showing the true facts on how bad the weapons have been designated)(no offence to any nationalities here)

Yes I know but im talking about how the hud was actually made by DICE. I mod for other games and that black border could very well be part of the HUD. Ive seen it done like that in other games.

Luckely this is not a real war and you change sides often... Don't tell me you would not rather use Chinese side when you want to fly... Right... Overpowered...
like i said, dont care about the j10 issue, dalian plant i'll use the F35B, common sense, stay away from their AIRFIELD!! 99% on 99% of the servers 99% of the people will be on the j10 spawn.. for the first 10 mins, desperate people will be on there forever....
personally, if i see a j10, i usually climb high, stall myself within the map, and come back, works 60% of the time...
otherwise, i ll understand the j10 is better and be a ground pounder (or a tank whore, if i find one.)
