If you havent seen, you can register ur bf2 name for bf 2142. you also receive some sort of badge that tells other players you have gone thru a tour of bf2. what it REALLY means is...

you've gone thru waiting almost a month for a patch

countless crashes

plenty of lock ups

crappy tech support (called em to try to fix an issue with some maps on SF, they told me it was my dual core processor... wtf!)

and plenty of others

bf2 is like an ex to me... when it was good it was real good... (1.0-1.2) then things started to get rough (1.3) now though we are sooo over... (1.4)... im moving to CSS or Fear Combat

ROFL, When do we get the badges/new sound? Is it like already in the 1.4 patch or something, and EA has to activate it? or do we gotta wait for a 1.5 patch when 2142 comes out......

or a suggested add-on to the Vet program:

1. public beta 2142 comes out
2. deal with bugs and endless ctd's
3. you and your clanmates try et:qw
4. game plays much better and offers good options for match play
5. retire bf as a veteran and move on to new game.

I love the way that every single thread on totalbf2 has people whining about how **** bf2 is, as if you guys dont play it all the time!
the complaining realy is getting pretty boring now...
