Is it possible to add for exaple a clan name on my nickname?
And how?

In game or on this site? In game it is on the login screen near the top.

Try using search next time, as this thread might get deleted.

However, to add a 'prefix' to your name, you simply have to add the clan prefix at the top bar above your BF2 account login names, which you see before you actually log into your accounts.

It's actually very hard to miss.
