heal, resupply, engineer badges question

just searching through the BF2s.com rankings, and found this guy (sry to point you out if you randomly read this)

he has 80 hours as medic, yet he has expert heal???


i thought you had to have 100 hours as medic to get this?

if i were to go on a server and get 20 heals (i already meet the global of 750 heals) will i be awarded it (wihtout the 100 hours medic time)

or is this a glitch???

The old Requirements used to be

25 Heal points in 1 round
750 Global Heal points
15 hours Total time played while Medic

so it was possible to get that badge before 100hours

my enrollment date is 2005-11-19... was the requirements for medic 15 hours Total time played while Medic then?

and he got his expert heals in march 16th..

and he havent ever played fushe pass!!
