Have not had a single CTD since 1.4, was getting about 3-4 a day with 1.3. Good job EA/DICE!!!

I had one on the new map Road.
Was going to p/u a support pack off the ground and as soon as I hit the button CTD.

Ahah, it's not just me then, I've had 2 X CTD when trying to grab a kit off the ground.
(And it never happened before 1.4).

edit that should really read "it never happened with 1.3 or earlier".

Yes sometimes the server bumbs out on me in a middle of the game. Guess nothing now will ne done as we have tested it for DICE to create a 2142 to put a stop to all the errors for the new game.

I've had about 4 or 5. I agree, its not as bad as it used to be, but I still ocasionally get CTD.

What i do notice is that I see no SERVER CRASHES. You know, where everyone gets the "THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CONNECTION".

However, I do notice that since 1.4, I tend to get large ping spikes. My ping will spike up to 900 for a few seconds, then go back down. Never seent that prior to 1.4.

Yea, I think it's the incremental that caused it. Cause I was getting them too, put the new patch and worked fine ever since! Of corse, I probably only played maybe about 3 times.

just refomatted my computer..... as so forgot that all my custom controls had gone,

i.e having parachute as f and not 9.....

so jump of roof, then at the last second, after pounding F for the whole fall, remeber 9 should be the parchute. BOOM critically wounded. BOOM CTD....

I have.... But, mainly after a new round starts! If I spawn as US on Wake Island, I get killed, and there's a slot on Chinese. So I join Chinese, the round goes well, we win, new round begins and bam, CTD!!!

BF2 is reaaaallyy crap.

"CTD has been fixed" NOT
"Server Crash has been fixed" NOT
