1.4 Unable to spawn on squad leader.

happens alot
also, often cannot make new squads
we reboot the server

Just wait until the SQ moves around, then u can.

This would not really be considered a gameplay bug. The reason is:
If your SL is prone and backed into a corner, you cannot spawn on his, that is the way it's been since day 1.
