The same safeguards that are in BF2 are also present in PoE2 such as the punkbuster checks.
In fact you could say Poe2 is more secure because we have MD5 content checking of more stuff than Bf2 does, (this is why the verification takes a little longer)

A little incorrect DP, we use the same system as BF2 does so it takes as long.

POE was probably the only major mod to introduce MD5 checking, and definatly was/is the first to do so.

MD5! That was it. Also I don't notice any difference between BF2 and POE verifying, they both take just as painfully long XD

the commander can still zoom all the way out and then just click spotted and if someone is within 100 yards of where he spotted - it will mark you

kind of like a uav.

i do it on fallen all the time.

Yessir indeed this feature is still present in POE2 and a fast point and click commander can be just as useful as an UAV.

I think the " "magically" knowing where I am or where I am going. " is an unknown tactics called "Having a CO on your team that actually commands and relay info to the SL's that actually follow orders" or "HACOYTTACARITTSTAFO" in short.

I know, it is an unfair tactic which usually lead to tactical play and teamwork.

I think the bots are cheating. I had one kill me with a Katana last night.

I think it is becoming more popular to cheat and use hax in BF2 and POE than ever before.

They have hax that generate different file names and numbers for each user, so PB can't locate them as a hack files! I have seen screen shots of hax that get rid off the distance fog, so you can practically see all the way across a map.

Also one hack shows on the mini map the location of every player in the game.

And the aimbots really tick me off....been getting killed by way to many one shot kills on foot and while in armor will full bars.

Seems people can't play the game the way it is designed. PB needs to be more stringent and get these people permanently banned from the game!!

I aguee.
More people do Hack and Tk on PoE.
Last night I was playing on this server that was fallen/Ovey only.
And this guy on the other team sences to be allow to kill me in 1-3 shots. With any weapon! I only got him about 2 times (Maybe). HE was doing this to everyone on my team. He got gold medals every round I played. His name: a_damned_team
Also, on the same server, It was Fallen and this guy on my team is just TKing guys. No reason, Everyone spawns on Uncap and then this guy was gunning people down. He just came doing it for a bit and then kicked from the server.
I thankfully saved a few of my guys by putting a nice round through his head.
The guy that was Tking name was: TheSherminatorXXX

So now getting killed by someone too much is evidence for a hacker? Get real, POE weapons kill harder, faster. Adjust your play style accordingly and please do not whine or moan when things don't go your way 100%. Oh, and just because 'this guy' on your team TKed a round doesn't mean more people who play POE TK.

I got killed with one shot by a POE2 bot using a PKM last night. While I was swinging in my parachute. Loved it. :laugh:

Without a UAV someone is more likely to sneak up on you. Things happen.

I get killed a lot and dont know where from. I love it! I know I have returned the favor a lot by sneaking up on people. What a great feeling!

But as far as hacks I dont think I have seen any yet. Seen some good players, but none that I consider hacking.
