yo wats with the attitude the guy has a problem he needs help man......well to ur quesstion it is probably just a glitch in the patch....just click on choose later and wait till ur next log in for it to come back again......... hopefully the sniper rifle you want will be there.

thanks yh someone did tll me to get SF i know tht not the problem cuz this gun is avalible to ppl without SF otherwise it would say tht i need SF and it wouldnt anyways thanks i will take tht advise not long till my nxt promotion TANK WHORE TIME LOL
To get the lovely L96A1 to which you refer you need to get SF, after you've played a few rounds it will register on BFHQ and you SHOULD be able to unlock it.
And to the dude with the attitude theres no need for that, you were a noob once aswel pal, as were all of us.
As Scope said, yes, you need to get special forces to unlock the L96a1. If you don't want to get SF then find a friend that has it and let him play one round with your account on his pc. Afterwards it should be available to you.
