Ladder speed

Hey everyone I didn't know this but it sure comes in handy when someone is shooting at you. If you are climbing up a ladder and you and all of a sudden start taking fire you don't have to just jump for it you can hit the shift key and slide down the ladder like people do in the movies.

It was there since BF2 was born. I disvovered this frist time I climbed on a ladder ; Now dont feel like you're a retarded dumb, because I noticed yesterday that mobile AA dont have smoke :laugh: im serious

i'm creepin up geshvin on some hack layin fire into my guys and then - in comes ninja snipernut with a matrix like leap onto a first floor building AND - tolchoks enemy with a potato peeler! true!

if there was a button for - drop jaw - i would've hit that m0v4.

so - how's it done? i coudl only guess the guy came up the ladder kwik snap n somehow jumped.... off the ladder?

thats the best thing i've ever heard about bf2. i never even thought to think about holding down the shift button.

i leanred this by trying to open my parachute inside the crane cuz i was trying to get down quickly...yeah and one of my squadmates laughed and told me how to do it
