Using Special Forces weapons on BF2 Maps

I see people using some of the SF weapons like flash grenades all the time...how do you incorporate the 2?

When you get your next promotion unlock one of the SF unlocks and then when you go onto normal BF2, you can play with your chosen unlocks.

they are alot more effective in bf2 than in special forces i find

you get them if you have unlocked the FN2000
if u have next time u play BF2 choose the second assault unlock and then you'll have flash bangs.
