I mean everywhere.

I am looking to run and Australian Ranked BF2 server.
I would make an American one but i just ping way too high.

I have searched everywhere and cannot find a host in Australia, New Zealand or anywhere else close.
I have heard that you cannot get a ranked bf2 server in Australia or New Zealand but i have seen servers like "The Lost Division" that is based in Australia by a clan.

Can anyone help me out here?

thanks anyway but what i need is a place to host my server so i can put my maps and kick noobs etc...
gamearena has servers you can rent for the day but they are unranked.
i run an unranked from my pc at the moment but noone seems to wanna play unranked.

GameArena does rank servers. Look at game-monitor.

you can rent servers from them but the servers you rent aren't ranked.

You're not going to be able to host your own ranked server. You have to be an EA trusted partner (like MyIS, GameArena) etc. They don't trust people to run a ranked server out of their house and not alter game files to give themselves an advantage or something like that.

i am happy to have someone else host it but i am saying that i want a server that i can pick the maps and how often they are played. one where i can change the options, make it IO, but i need it to be ranked.

I think everyone already understands that so far. They are telling you that game arena has ranked servers, that is as close to the answer as you are going to get. You cannot host your own ranked server, impossible unless you become an EA trusted partnet. I dont see that one happening for obvious reasons (you need to rent servers as a company, make monetary investments, etc.)
If you rent a ranked server, you CAN pick maps and change up the rotation. When you rent a server it's like a clean slate, you pick the maps, the number of rounds, FF, if you want IO or regular, if you want SF, EF, AF, vanilla, etc. You are the boss in that sense. There are some things you cannot change like the number of players to start the map and other items in the server.cfg file (this file is not accessible by anyone except EA and the server provider).
As for you wanting to kick noobs, well, that is up to you but I would recommend abiding by the ROE if you run a ranked server. Shame to have a new ranked server and then get delisted because you kick every other person that connects. I hope this answers your question.:)
