C4

Hi,
im just posting saying that tanks are so useless to C4 and i always try to plant some C4 but i always die when others can!
Can anyone make a C4 server that we can practice on?
or like teach me how, cuz im a medic all the time and i wanna get to know Spec Ops a little better.

Art can only be realized, and never taught.

Blowing up a tank with C4, requires a great deal of patience and stealth now.

most tanks will either try to cap flags or kill troops.
the trick is to get behind the tanks while they are firing at others.
plant 2 x C4 on the back and run.
when under cover or behind a wall blow the C4.
it's so much fun, especially when the tank doesn't know where it came from.

Just practice and be sneaky. It's more ideal when the tank is engaged in infantry, therefore facing the other way and then you can C4 it. It's harder to kill more skilled drivers as they always move. Failing that then you could always go jihad jeeping

C4 is my fav, one time on kark the mec had 2 apc and the tank inbetween them, i dropped all 5 of my C4's and BOOOM. killing the 2 in the tank and the 7 in the apc's

I kind of like the changes made to the C4. You now actually have to be skilled at getting into risky places to plant the c4 and blow it before a ground pounder spots and kills you. I find playing Spec-Op in City Maps more useful since you have lots of small alleys and corridors where you can pop out of to surprise tank's/apc's. If I can I like to climb a building and parachute onto a tank/apc capping a flag, plant my c4 and run down the front so they see me before I blow it.

C4 only servers are illegal if thats what you were hinting at.

i prefer the suicide approach to C4'ing tanks, i make sure somehow i have only 2 packs of C4, and i run upto a tank, 3 clicks im dead and maybe 1/2 kills (maybe more depending on if its a enclosed space)
