Sure, The below company uses the direct BF2 shortcuts probably the most.

https://www.game-monitor.com

The shortcut is as follows:

bf2://00.00.000.000:16567/

Fill in the zero's with server ip..
(A HREF) link it in your website code.

<A HREF="bf2://00.00.000.000:16567/" alt="mouseover text here for i.e 5.5">
Name of server here</a>

You just need to know the ip and port # for the server you want to add in your code.
