Helping me set my graphics up right :D

Hio, I was wondering if you could could give any advice on what I should set my graphics too?
I got 2.4 AMD athlon 64 3400+ processor, 1 gig of ram, a geforce 7600GS.

What should I set it too so it doesnt lag real bad but still looks nice? Thanks much =)

medium i think would be your best choice.
nvidia 7600 isn't the best

Turn shadows and lights down unless you really want them (you see me more without shadows anyway) and have everything else on medium with your view distance to 100%

Yes, Id also say Medium. You can try High, its not like its going to kill it =).

my comp in my sig runs everything on high and AA at x2 w/ very minimal lag (doesnt even affect gameplay exept some TV guided missile hittest flukes)
