HELP!!!! BF2 Viewing program

I'm after the program which enables you to view / watch the game. I haven't a clue what its called. Unsure whether to down Battlefield recorder...is this the program i need? The one where you can float around moving freely or something like that.

Its called fraps,or you could simply watch your game from Battle recorder.

To use battle recorder just go into settings and find it there.Its already installed in your system.
