Its like the Sims, you can never finish it. There is no "game over", there is no "The end". Therefore = impossible.

He most likely means the main storyline/quest.

i mean main quest

all the guilds, daedric quests, arena, master trainer quests, miscellaneous quests, freeform quests and have all the markers in the map

basically all that can be done .... cept getting in to every cave and dungeon

He has been to every part of the map aside from going in every dungeon he has pretty much finished hes done most of the quests.

I would like to draw your attention to the bolded part of the quote. Most does not equal all and are you two friends in RL or something? Or has Baker started growing a fan club like Metallica as well? I don't think I could stand another one
