Veteran Anti-tank

Ive been having this problem getting the veterna anti-tank badge I have well ever 15hrs with the kit and YES i did kill 20 people IAR I even killed more then 20. Is this some kind of bug that EA made.
I even tried logging out of the game and logging back in, and it still didnt work.

Anyone know what wrong

It's not like you have to play 15 hours and get 20 kills. You should just sit and keep playing that round. Play nothing but AT until you get it. It's like the old saying: A watched pot never boils.

well i dunno if we have found another bug ( i sure hope not ) but try it again and i can only hope that will do the trick and if it dont i dunno what happend. good luck

Ya i guess, i only ask because it shouldnt be like this, I recently got my vet assault and it gave it to me right away. Im only having the problem with the anti-tank

The stat servers are very slow at times, what with all the people playing and such, it took over a day to get my expert knife after i got the kill quota.
Just give it some time.

alright I mean i can always give it another try. The thing is it hasnt even given me the award yet where is says
"you have been recommended for and award"
It hasnt even said it yet.

it might be a bug but i doubt it. ive gotten several badges as of late without a hitch. its probably bf2s' slow updating again.

Got it but you have to watch your kills. Kills that register anything but your weapon dont count toward your badge.
ex. you (FAV) some guy----when you shot him with a rocket he jumped out and you dont get the AT kill but shows as a vehicle kill which wont count!

explosives and Anti-Tank are the only two I ever have trouble with

It took me two days for my Veteran Assault badge to register on BFHQ. So don't panic... just wait until your stats update.

Happened to me in a F-15 when I tried for my aviator ribbon. First round getting 25 kills and no ribbon next round checked each kill and when I got the 19th with the me (F-15) someguy it counted and got the award but by then I had already made 20 plus kills. So may not be true and only based on personal experience.

Jets are a different story, much like helo or armor specific...but any kills using that kit count towards your badge.

So if you're in AT and you hop in a jet and get 15 kills you can get your veteran at badge. But if I'm going for a jet/helo/armor specific badge/ribbon my kills have to be with the appropriate vehicle.

With your story with the aviator ribbon, all your kills have to be with a jet [killed] do not count or if they're in a vehicle and hop out, all your kills have to be either [j-10] [f-35] etc etc to be creditted to the badge/ribbon/medal with vehicles.

Totally makes sense. I don't know why I didn't see that. Once again based on my own trials but I was mobile at the time...thanks.
