    BF2 - SLI and XP 64bit

hey guys - did a squiz around and couldn't find this anywhere.

    Rig:
    AMD Athlon64 4600+ DUAL CORE AM2
    4gig DDR-2
    2 x nVidia 7900-GT 256meg PCI E SLi
    500watt PSU
    91.47 drivers
    Windows XP pro 64bit

    Issue:
Sli will not function properly - have isolated the problem through testing. Chugs/skips in SLi mode yet runs infinitely better with SLi turned off.

has anyone encountered this? Does anyone here run windows 64bit and SLi? I am content with running this on the single 7900 for the moment but it would be nice to "unlock" the other one

I am assuming (hopefully) a roll back in drivers might solve this? Or is this an inherent problem with bf2?

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Almost say setup but without the 64bit OS. No problems whatsoever.

    Try looking HERE.

That is always a good place to start.

        1x Antec neo truepower 2.0 supply 480w
1x Zalmen flower cooling cpu fan
        1x ASUS A8N32-SLI-DELUXE
        1x Tsunami thermaltake case
        4x 512 Adata ddr500 ram
        2x 7900gtx 512 fitted with Zalman VF900 cooling fans
        1 x Western digital raptor 74gb
        1 x Western digital cavair 160gb
        2 x dvd/dvdrw
        1 x 2405 Dell 24" monitor

i just installed that 91.47 driver last week and i have everything wanged up to max ie AAx16 and AFx16, no problems what so ever. Try deleting the nvidia drivers and re install the 91.47 driver. Failing that have you tried both cards in single mode in case one of your cards has gone tits up

keep me posted ps. what motherboard have you got m8
