Problems with ranking and stats with 1.4?

Since I have installed 1.4, I have not recieved my next rank. I have all qualificatoins and Iam over by 1500+ points. Anyone have any suggestions?

What rank are you supposed to be getting?

Probably just wanted to show off that is a general now...you are a colonel and you need to ask why you are not getting promoted? This is usualy a question of a new player.

In order to get MAJ. GEN, you need veteran in ground disciplines. I am NOT a noob. Not being #44 as sniper and 90% of my kills are ON THE GROUND; NOT in a J-10 or attack chopper.
