mid east / far east service

I read these require 1 second on each map in their catorgary and , even though i am new i have at least 45 mins on each map and at least one complete round on each map. Does this mean i will never get these? Or is it a bug?

i looked at your stats and it says you have played the maps more than one second

keep on playing on them, dont worry about the ribbons, all it does it display it up there and look pretty

isnt that the point of getting medals, ribbons ect?
