Everytime i start bf2 and i clicked multiplayer, while it updates the servers, it always go back to destop and the norton antivirus security alert pops up and i have to press permit or block. It minimizes my bf2 and then i have to click on it. Anyone know how to stop the security alert from popping up. It's so annoying!

    Re: Security Alert

Are you sure it's not actually a firewall alert, rather than antivirus? And if so, have you added the bf2 execuable into the 'allow list' for apps which can access the internet?

            Re: Security Alert

deviousbf2 theres normaly a little box you can tick when you click allow so it remembers the setting and always allows bf2 on the net. I'm not certain about this with norton but its normally a feature you get with every fire wall and ive used dozens of different types of firewall just not norton.
