16, 32 player maps for servers

We are running POE2 on our server but for some reason we can't put it on 16 or 32 player maps. Is it only 64 player maps for multi? I know I can create my own server in game and I can make 16,32,64. Or maybe its just BF2CC is messing up? Any help or input would be appreciated, Thanks guys

All maps have at least a 16/32/64 version. Most have a FL version as well. I am not sure what the issue would be here.
