1.4 giving me poe2 woes

prob wrong forum but has anyone else tried playing poe2 after downloading 1.4 patch, game loads load a map , join the game then kicks me back to main screen saying i lost connection ot server, anyone experience this and find a fix

There was a server side POE2 patch released, they said no change was needed client side. Just what I read on the POE site.

Their server limit is actually 62 not the advertised 64, I believe that the two empty slots are reserved, keep trying its an awesome server, they play PoE2 the way it is meant to be played!

Hey, thank you all for your interest in our PoE2 server!

I am sorry to hear you guys are having trouble joining our server. Due to the reserve slots for paying member (aka Supporting Member or SM), It is unfortunate that this will sometimes happen due to the high traffic of our server at this point. Just like EAGLE_18 said, the way our reserve slot works is it will make room for a SM if server is full (be advise 62/64 is consider full at our server) by kicking the longest playing non-SM player. If you like our style of play, I would encourage you to keep trying or join the next round. Better yet you can join our second PoE2 server, see info >> here <<

Unfortunately some players might think this type of kicking is an act by our admin for bad conduct. At TG we welcome all levels of player with good conduct and a desire to play as a team to enhance everyone's experience. Our admins are all fair and reasonable, and they only use kick as a last resort (after multiple warnings) to players that have totally ignored our rules.

DL the newest PB update. It cured me!!

www.punksbusted.com has a nice utility for dl and updating.

yea pb was updated for the 1.4 patch, if people update client side it should fix many of these issues.

I don't want to start a new thread yet, but am I the only one having ping problems since 1.4? I haven't seen anyone else talking about it, and whenever I join a high ping server everyone elses ping is fine. My ping in other games and regular bf2 are fine. I can only usually connect to about 3-5 possible servers =(
